Our Westbourne Hyde Park hotel islocated in Bayswater, central London -just a short walk away from Hyde Park and beautiful Italian gardens, Kensington Palace and Kensington Gardens. The local area is famous for fantastic access to the London-most famous park as well as being a set for many London films and TV shows. At the end of the famous ‘Notting Hill’ movie Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant were married in the Zen Gardens of Hemel Hotel (closed in 2013) around the corner from us!
There are also many local attractions that can be reached within 10-20 walk (please link here to ‘local landmarks’ page under online concierge) The famous Notting Hill area and Oxford Street are 20 min walk away or a short cab drive.
With Lancaster Gate tube station and Paddington tube station just 3 minutes away, all of London landmarks and attractions are within an easy reach.
Travel on the Heathrow Express until you reach Paddington Station.
Travel on the Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station, then switch to the Circle Line of the London Underground and travel to Paddington.
Travel on the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street Station, using the Circle Line or Hammersmith and City Line of the London Underground to reach Paddington.
Travel on the train to St Pancras International Station. Use the London Underground and take either the Circle Line or the Hammersmith and City Line to reach Paddington Station.
The parking bays on Gloucester Terrace and surrounding roads are short stay (maximum 4 hours). The nearest 24-hour car park is King Arthur Court, W2 5HL in Queensway which is a 4-minute drive (0.7 miles) from Westbourne Hyde Park.
From the Eurostar terminal in St Pancras International Station. Use the London Underground and take either the Circle Line or the Hammersmith and City Line to reach Paddington Station.
Paddington Station is the closest underground station to the hotel and it is on the Bakerloo, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City Lines.
Leave Paddington Station and turn right, walk down Praed Street. Continue straight down Craven Road and make a left turn onto Gloucester Terrace.
Leave Lancaster Gate station and turn right, cross the main road, which is Sussex Gardens, turn right and then take the first left onto Gloucester Terrace.
